System Test and Program Updates

Our online course programs have been designed to play on mobile devices, "smart phones", tablets, and both PC and Mac operating systems. For best viewing, your monitor screen area should be set to at least 1024 x 768 pixels. Your user experience will be optimized by disabling any popup or "cookie" blockers.  This page has links that may be used to test your system, as well as to download any necessary software updates. High-Speed Internet

To ensure that your Internet connection is fast enough, please go to www.Vimeo.com/watch and watch a video of your choosing.  If the video plays then you DO have High-Speed Internet and will be able to watch our online courses. If the player doesn't load, or the video fails to begin after clicking the Play button, most likely your Internet connection is not fast enough and you need to try again when you have a faster Internet connection.
