Returns and Refunds Policy

Please read this policy carefully. This is the Refund Policy of The Steve Frankel Group.
We currently offer video streams of our online products. SFG no longer maintains an inventory of CDs or MP3 files for any of its courses.
We do not issue refunds for any of our online courses once the order is confirmed and the product is made available to the customer via their user dashboard. In situations where user error has rendered a purchase voidable, such as the repurchase of a course already purchased and completed, our policy is to provide a full monetary credit for the purchase price of the course for the purchase of another SFG online product. This credit policy expires six months after the date of a voidable purchase.
